Malbec Rosé
Our Malbec rosé is a fresh, vibrant rose wine made from the thick-skinned, darkly pigmented Malbec grape (originally from Cahors, France, and now Argentina’s signature red variety), typically vinified with limited skin contact to yield juicy strawberry, cherry, and floral notes balanced by crisp acidity and a pale salmon hue. This Rose was finished with a slight amount of residual sugar, making it great with food or as a standalone sipper.
Suggested pairings include pork tenderloin with peach glaze and watermelon feta salad.
