About Our Tasting Room

Nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, our property offers a rustic and family-friendly atmosphere where time seems to slow down. Less than one mile off Main Street in Boerne, Missick Cellars is more than just a tasting room—it’s a place to connect with our history and each other. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming space where every guest feels like family from the moment they arrive.

Visitor Policies

Outside Food: Feel free to bring your own picnic to enjoy in our outdoor areas.
Pets: Well-behaved dogs on leashes are welcome in our spacious picnic area. Per Kendall County Health Department regulations, only service dogs are permitted inside the building.
Children: We are a family-friendly tasting room, we even have a small playground to keep them busy; please ensure little explorers stay close to their grown-ups.
Reservations: Walk-ins are welcome on Friday and Saturday, please have patience with our staff if our tasting room is busy. Winemaker Tastings are available Monday through Thursday and require an advanced reservation.
Groups: Groups of 8 or more require an advanced reservation to ensure the best experience.
Alcohol: Only Missick Cellars wines may be enjoyed on the premises per state regulations.
Discounts: We extend a 10% discount to all active duty servicemembers and veterans.
Tasting Fee: Our standard wine tasting fee is $25, and is refunded upon the purchase of three bottles.
